We are uniquely positioned to do this by mining decades of data from the world’s experts in cancer care and are now leading in the digital transformation in cancer pathology and diagnostics.  

Paige is the first company to develop clinical grade AI tools for the pathologist, which resulted in our receiving the first FDA approval for an AI product in pathology. Paige has also received FDA-clearance for our digital viewer, FullFocusTM and recently, CE-IVD clearance in Europe and UK for our diagnostic AI in prostate and breast cancer. We have also established multiple relationships with biopharma, laboratory and equipment manufacturers that enables Paige to develop a full solution for busy laboratories, ready to help patients receive better diagnoses and treatment.  

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own the entire go-to-market strategy for our products, acting as the voice of the customer, before, during and after the launch of our products.  

In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, customer success, and marketing. You will translate your deep understanding of Paige’s customers into inspiring product stories, new ways to engage our customers and campaigns that deepen customer connection with Paige. 

This position can be fully remote for candidates based in the EST timezone, or you may choose to work from our NYC office. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the digital pathology market, the customers' needs and the competitive landscape so that you can lead and execute the end-to-end product marketing strategy 
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products 
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis to help understand product positioning and differentiators 
  • Become the internal expert on the user buying journey and work with cross functional teams to map out the buyer personas 
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure that release highlights, maintenance windows and customer notifications are sent in an accurate and timely manner to the Paige install base 
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services 
  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their value proposition, and have a deep understanding of product-market fit 
  • Empower the sales team with clear value propositions and train them in communicating product value to the customer 
  • Outlining the benefits of product features using customer-facing messaging 
  • Drive the development and execution of go to market strategy for the company’s products and services 
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to develop product pricing models, key messaging, and value proposition for new products and features 
  • Work with sales, finance, product, and marketing to ensure market readiness for new products to include all logistical and operational requirements to quote, contract, and execute on new product sales 
  • Work with the downstream marketing team to craft compelling messaging and sale collateral across the marketing channels and create marketing campaigns that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle 
  • Provides guidance throughout the lifecycle of the product, ranging from minimum viable products to fully mature products 
  • Support product launches/releases by orchestrating the different functional teams (product, regulatory, marketing, sales, technical, etc.) to ensure checklist of product readiness is complete and that the product is delivered on schedule based on committed timelines 
  • Ensure that there is a smooth handover of support post-launch with the customer success teams 

About you:  

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience  
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Ability to convey complex information to a range of audiences, understanding of product positioning  
  • Strong analytical mindset and qualitative/quantitative research skills, ability to incorporate market and customer information into wider product marketing strategy  
  • Experienced project manager with ability to manage key stakeholders while working towards department and wider business goals  
  • Creative problem-solver with ability to adapt smoothly to changes in organization, workstream or the market  
  • Natural collaborator who enjoys working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strongly preferred: experience working on AI products 
  • Preferred: experience working in healthcare environment
